自(zi)控(kong)溫電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)帶的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件,是在(zai)兩根平行金屬母(mu)線(xian)(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)均勻地擠包一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)PTC材料(liao)制成的(de)(de)芯帶。電(dian)(dian)纜一(yi)(yi)端的(de)(de)兩根母(mu)線(xian)(xian)與電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接通時,電(dian)(dian)流從(cong)一(yi)(yi)根母(mu)線(xian)(xian)橫向流過(guo)PTC材 料(liao)層(ceng)到(dao)達(da)另一(yi)(yi)根母(mu)線(xian)(xian),PTC層(ceng)就是連續(xu)并聯在(zai)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻發熱(re)(re)體,將電(dian)(dian)能轉化成熱(re)(re)能,對操作系(xi)統進行伴熱(re)(re)保溫。芯帶電(dian)(dian)阻隨(sui)溫度(du)(du)升高增(zeng)大(da),到(dao)了高阻區,電(dian)(dian)阻大(da)到(dao)幾乎阻斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)流,芯帶溫度(du)(du)便達(da)到(dao)高限不再升高卻自(zi)動限溫。電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)輸出功率主要受控(kong)于傳熱(re)(re)過(guo)程以被加(jia)熱(re)(re)體系(xi)的(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)。
